According to the principle that
"The direction function of
provincial sports competition be
transferred to the subjected enterprise
to undertake" in the file "The
Information for distribution of the
Regulation on the Setup of Function,
Organization and Position of Hunan
Sports Bureau" (File NO.56 [2000],
Hunan Government Office) which published
by the Hunan Government Office Agency,
for realization the purpose of
separating the Governmem Administration
with Business Management on Sports, to
reform the current competition
management system, to setup and to
develop the operation routine of sports
competition which is adapt to the
development of market economy of Hunan
Province with the fully exerting the
leverage of sports competition,
authorized by Hunan Organization
Authorization Committee and Hunan Sports
Bureau, Hunan Sports Competition Manager
Center is established (abbreviation is
HSCMC).
HSCMC, an enterprise directly
subjected to Hunan Sports Bureau, is a
qualified enterprise juridical person
and can undertake legal duty
independently.
Tenet
To direct the provincial sports
competition, with the leverage of sports
competition, to setup and to develop the
operation routine of sports competition
which is adapt to the development of
market economy of Hunan Province, to
